By making a purchase on NeuroSparkX, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns

NeuroSparkX does not sell physical products.

All offerings on the platform are digital, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses

  • Custom GPTs or AI-based tools

  • Subscriptions and memberships

  • Downloadable or access-based digital content

  • Community or platform access

Because these products are delivered digitally, returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage or engagement

  • Failure to understand the product description

  • Partial use or completion of a course

  • Access already granted to content, tools, or community

  • Subscription usage during an active billing period

3. Exceptions (Limited Refund Consideration)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of NeuroSparkX, such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved

  • Incorrect product delivery due to system error

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • A clear explanation of the issue

Approval of refunds is not guaranteed.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you purchase a subscription or recurring plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles

  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period

  • No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the renewal date.

5. Free Trials 

If NeuroSparkX offers a free trial:

  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends

  • Failure to cancel before the trial expiration may result in automatic billing

  • Once billed, standard refund rules apply

6. Custom GPTs & Personalized Digital Services

Purchases involving:

  • Custom GPTs

  • Personalized AI tools

  • Custom digital configurations or setups

are strictly non-refundable, once work has started or access has been granted, due to the personalized nature of the service.

7. Account Termination & Access Revocation

NeuroSparkX reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms & Conditions

  • Revoke access to digital products or subscriptions

No refunds will be issued in cases of account termination due to policy violations.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting NeuroSparkX may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Revocation of access to all products and services

  • Permanent account restriction

We encourage users to contact us first to resolve issues amicably.

9. Policy Changes

NeuroSparkX reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
