This Policy applies to purchases made through the NeuroSpark X
ecosystem, including subscriptions, digital products, educational
products, software access, AI-powered services, credits, usage-based
services, and other paid offerings.
1. No General Refund
Guarantee
Purchases from NeuroSpark X are not automatically eligible
for a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed.
NeuroSpark X primarily provides digital products and services that
may be delivered, activated, accessed, processed, or consumed
immediately after purchase.
Unlike physical products, digital products, software access,
subscriptions, AI-powered services, and usage-based services may create
costs immediately when a purchase is completed or a service is used.
These costs may include technology infrastructure, third-party
services, artificial intelligence providers, application programming
interfaces (APIs), processing fees, hosting, storage, and other
operational expenses.
Some of these costs may be incurred by NeuroSpark X immediately and
may be non-refundable to NeuroSpark X.
For this reason, NeuroSpark X generally does not provide refunds for
purchases once access, delivery, processing, or service use has begun,
except where a refund is expressly approved under this Policy,
specifically offered at the time of purchase, or required by applicable

artificial intelligence systems, APIs, infrastructure, or other

When these services are accessed or used, NeuroSpark X may incur
costs based on usage, processing, tokens, API calls, compute, storage,
or other consumption.
These costs may be incurred regardless of whether a user subsequently
requests a refund.
Accordingly, use of an AI-powered or API-based service does
not create a right to a refund merely because the user did not use the
resulting output, did not obtain the expected result, or later decides
not to continue using the service.
Refund requests involving AI-powered, API-based, or usage-based
services will be evaluated under this Policy and the applicable product
terms.

Tokens, and Usage-Based Purchases
Certain NeuroSpark X services may use credits, tokens, usage
allowances, quotas, or similar consumption-based systems.

Used credits cannot be restored or refunded.
Credits generally have no cash value.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits cannot be transferred or resold.
Unused credits are not guaranteed to be refundable.
Additional usage purchases are generally final once

If a specific product provides different credit or usage terms, those
terms will control.
6. Educational
Products and Programs
Educational products, courses, memberships, programs, and learning
experiences may be non-refundable once access has been provided.
If a specific educational product includes a refund period or
satisfaction guarantee, the applicable terms will be presented at the
time of purchase.
A general expectation of achieving a particular personal,
professional, financial, educational, or business outcome does not
create a right to a refund.
7. Software and SaaS
Products
Payments for software, SaaS access, AI-powered platforms, and other
technology services are generally non-refundable once access has
been provided or the applicable billing period has begun.
Refunds are not guaranteed simply because:
The user did not use the service;
The user used the service less than expected;
The user changed their mind;
The user no longer needs the service;
The user did not achieve the desired outcome;
The user did not use all included features, credits, or usage
> allowances; or
The user did not obtain the expected result from an AI-powered
> feature.
8. Custom
Services and Agency Engagements
Custom services, consulting, strategic services, AI implementation,
product development, website development, application development, SaaS
development, and other professional engagements may be governed by a
separate written agreement.
Where a separate service agreement, statement of work, proposal, or
other written contract establishes payment and refund terms, that
agreement will control.
Payments for work already performed, services already delivered,
third-party costs, development costs, purchased resources, or completed
deliverables may be non-refundable as specified in the applicable
agreement.
9. No Refund Based
Solely on Non-Use
Failure to use a purchased product, subscription, service, credit
balance, course, feature, or other offering does not automatically
create a right to a refund.
This includes situations where a user:
Changes their mind;
Stops using the service;
Does not have sufficient time to use the service;
Does not complete a course or program;
Does not use included credits or features;
Decides the service is no longer needed; or
Does not achieve a desired personal or business result.
10. Billing Errors
and Duplicate Charges
NeuroSpark X will review legitimate claims involving billing
errors.
A refund or correction may be issued where we determine that:
You were charged more than once for the same
transaction;
An unauthorized charge occurred;
A technical or billing error resulted in an incorrect charge;
or
A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
We may request reasonable information necessary to investigate a
billing issue.
11. Unauthorized
Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization,
contact NeuroSpark X as soon as possible.
We may investigate the transaction and request reasonable information
to verify the claim.
Unauthorized transactions may also be subject to the policies and
procedures of the applicable payment provider or financial
institution.
12. Refund Exceptions
Although refunds are not guaranteed, NeuroSpark X may, at its
discretion and where legally permitted, approve an exception based on
the circumstances of an individual request.
An exception does not establish a general refund right or guarantee
that a similar request will be approved in the future.
NeuroSpark X may consider factors including:
Technical failures attributable to NeuroSpark X;
Duplicate billing;
Significant service errors;
Unauthorized transactions;
Whether the service was actually accessed or used;
The timing of the request;
The applicable product terms; and
Applicable law.

NeuroSpark X's determination will be based on the applicable terms
and circumstances of the transaction.
15. Refund Processing
When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the
original payment method used for the transaction unless otherwise
required or permitted.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend
on the payment processor or financial institution.
NeuroSpark X is not responsible for delays caused by a payment
processor or financial institution after the refund has been properly
initiated.
16. Cancellation
Does Not Equal Refund
Canceling a subscription or service does not automatically create a
right to a refund.
For subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal charges but
does not immediately terminate access.
The customer will retain access to the applicable subscription
through the end of the current paid billing period. Once that billing
period ends, access will be revoked unless the customer renews or
otherwise reactivates the subscription.
Previously processed charges remain subject to this Refund Policy,
the applicable Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy, any
product-specific refund terms, and applicable law.
17. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact NeuroSpark X before initiating a
chargeback when a billing or refund issue can reasonably be resolved
directly.
If a chargeback is initiated, NeuroSpark X may provide the payment
processor or financial institution with relevant transaction records,
account information, applicable terms, and prior communications
concerning the transaction.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under
applicable law.
18. Changes to This
Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes
to our products, services, refund practices, or legal requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date.
Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of
