  • Revoke access to all digital products and subscriptions

  • Permanently restrict future purchases

Supporting evidence may be provided to payment processors to contest fraudulent disputes.

6. Consequences of Fraud

If fraud is confirmed, NeuroSparkX may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Permanent loss of access to all services and content

  • Cancellation of subscriptions without refund

  • Blacklisting of associated accounts, devices, or payment methods

  • Reporting activity to payment providers or legal authorities when required

No refunds will be issued in cases involving confirmed fraud.

7. Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments on NeuroSparkX are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

NeuroSparkX does not store full payment card details and relies on payment processors’ security and fraud prevention systems in addition to its own safeguards.

8. False Claims & Abuse

False claims of fraud, misuse of refund policies, or repeated disputes may result in:

  • Account restrictions or termination

  • Permanent denial of service

  • Legal action where applicable
