Community Guidelines & Agreements

Last updated: 18 Jan 2026

Welcome to NeuroSpark X — a grounded, growth-focused community rooted in nervous-system awareness, respectful spirituality, and real-life integration.

By participating in this space, you agree to the following community agreements.

1. Core Community Agreements

Be Respectful & Human

  • Speak to others as classmates, not opponents.
  • No harassment, bullying, shaming, name-calling, or demeaning language.
  • Disagreement is allowed; disrespect is not.

Assume Good Intent, Practice Clean Impact

  • If something lands poorly, we focus on repair — not blame.
  • Impact matters, even when intent was positive.

Share Responsibly

  • Share only what you feel comfortable standing behind.
  • Avoid oversharing or posting content that could overwhelm others.

Support Over Fixing

  • Offer reflections, curiosity, or shared experience — not life-solving.
  • If unsure what someone wants, ask:

“Do you want support, reflection, or just to be heard?”

Consent First (Always)

Ask permission before:

  • Giving advice
  • Going into deep analysis
  • Asking sensitive questions
  • Sending private messages

Admins will never DM first.

Stay Grounded

  • Spiritual exploration is welcome.
  • Fear-based, coercive, or absolutist spiritual claims are not.

Protect the Space

  • Community content stays inside NeuroSpark X unless explicit permission is given.

2. Consent Culture

Consent is the foundation of emotional safety and meaningful growth.

Consent Means:

  • Asking before advising: “Would you like feedback or just support?”
  • Asking before going deeper: “Are you open to a deeper question?”
  • Asking before DM’ing: “Want to continue this privately?”
  • Respecting “no” fully — without pressure, guilt, or persuasion.

Boundaries We Honor:

  • “I’m not open to feedback.”
  • “I only want encouragement.”
  • “I don’t want spiritual interpretation.”
  • “Please don’t message me privately.”

Not Allowed:

  • Pushing your method as “the only way”
  • Love-bombing, urgency, or emotional pressure
  • Using spiritual language to override boundaries (e.g., “your ego is resisting”)

3. Trauma-Informed (Not Trauma-Performative)

NeuroSpark X is trauma-aware and nervous-system-friendly.

What We Practice:

  • Going slow is allowed.
  • Changing your mind is allowed.
  • Integration over intensity.
  • Choice, dignity, and regulation.

What We Avoid:

  • Graphic or triggering details
  • Diagnosing others
  • Demanding disclosure
  • Call-out culture as entertainment
  • Romanticizing suffering

Important: This is a peer-based educational space. It is not a replacement for medical, mental health, or crisis support.

4. Grounded Spirituality & Discernment

We welcome spirituality without bypassing reality.

Grounded Spirituality Looks Like:

  • Using tools that support agency — not replace it
  • Curiosity over certainty
  • Applying insights to real-life choices and nervous-system care

Not Allowed:

  • Fear-based predictions presented as fact
  • Pressure-based claims (“you must do this or else”)
  • Curses, hexes, or energetic threats
  • Medical or legal advice framed as spiritual truth

Best Practice:

Speak from personal experience:
“What I’ve noticed…”
“What helps me…”
“My interpretation is…”

5. Privacy, Confidentiality & Screenshots

This is a private community, not public content.

You Agree To:

  • Not share screenshots, recordings, quotes, or identifiable stories outside NeuroSpark X without explicit admin permission.
  • Not repost member content on social media, blogs, podcasts, or newsletters.
  • Respect anonymity and avoid “connecting dots” about identities.

🚫 Violation results in immediate removal.
Active subscriptions will be canceled with no refund.

What You Can Share:

  • Your own learnings in general terms
  • No names, no identifying details, no copied class material

6. Intellectual Property

You May:

  • Use materials for personal growth
  • Take private notes

You May Not:

  • Copy, distribute, resell, or share materials
  • Upload content to public drives or AI datasets
  • Record sessions without permission
  • Present NeuroSpark X frameworks as your own

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Promotion & Self-Advertising

Not Allowed Without Admin Approval:

  • Promoting services, courses, or paid offerings
  • Affiliate links or sales funnels
  • Recruiting into other communities
  • Cold or mass DMs

Allowed:

  • Sharing personal wins or context (without pitching)
  • Offering genuinely helpful resources (non-salesy)
  • Collaboration posts only in designated spaces

If unsure — ask first.

8. Prohibited Behavior

  • Hate speech or discriminatory language
  • Promotion or glorification of violence or self-harm
  • Medical or health misinformation presented as fact
  • Coercive persuasion or manipulation
  • Guru dynamics or claims of authority over others
  • Spam, impersonation, or privacy violations

Everyone deserves safety, dignity, and autonomy.

9. Moderation & Enforcement

Moderation exists to protect the health of the community, not to punish.

Possible Actions:

  • Gentle redirection
  • Post removal
  • Temporary restrictions
  • Removal from the community (rare, but enforced)

Moderation Is Based On:

  • Context
  • Pattern of behavior
  • Impact
  • Intent
  • Willingness to repair

10. Reporting Concerns

If something feels off:

  • Report it to moderators
  • Include context if helpful
  • Avoid public confrontation if it feels unsafe

Misuse of reporting tools may itself result in action.

Final Note

These guidelines exist to protect:

  • Safety
  • Regulation
  • Consent
  • Clarity
  • Mutual respect

When in doubt, choose kindness, consent, and grounded presence — or ask a moderator.
